This restaurant sits right next to forbidden city, in a quaint little half court yard. Despite the whole fancy display of their skills in molecular gastronomy, I felt the food is quite earnest. Their loaf is freshly baked, their vegies look freshly picked, I just sat in my chair and pigged out.
Pretty clever starter salad, the dirt is crushed mushroom and nuts, and the little pebble stone is actually a little baby potato.
Bacon, Soup, Foie Gras, and Oysters.
