This entry is dedicated to Lili. Lili stuck by my side ever since my break up. I can't imagine how a girl can stand me after what happened to me in my previous relationship. But, she decided to. I never promised her anything since the beginning, and I hurt her feelings deliberately in many occasions, she had everything I needed in a girl friend, She's charismatic, full of energy, and loyal. I often tell bizarre and boring stories, she always loved to hear them. On my birthday this year, I decided not to celebrate as I was getting ready to leave Beijing. Lili asked me to have a simple dinner with her that night, in Hou Hai. I didn't think anything by it. In fact, out of ALL the friends I know, I didn't expect her to remember my birthday...

At 11:30, as I was sitting at my table alone angry at this young woman of not being punctual. She called and told me she's lost and told me to go to the bridge and meet her. I was totally pissed off, the restaurant is closing at 12:00. I stormed off, stood on the bridge, and she's nowhere to be found.

Suddenly... people started to ooh and aww on the banks, there she was, on the only boat in the lake. Fireworks started to flare, candles lit, I understood it was all for me. I was absolutely astonished. I was absolutely moved. Most of all, I felt absolutely undeserving, I did nothing to earn this.

I didn't get to take pictures of the scene, but took some pictures after I jumped into the boat. (after I ran back to the restaurant to get my food in boxes) Here they are.

Thanks Everyone on this boat, for:

1. Some how, convince the boat renter and the lake patrol to have a boat out after 12! I don't know HOW you guys pulled it off.

2. Getting a cheese cake out in the heat of summer, intact, chilled and with lit candles.

3. Painstakingly, bending, twisting, taping the glowsticks together to form "Li heart Bo".

4. Making me foreget about someone and come out of the shadows for a brief moment.

5.Thank you for this song, its very moving... I didn't expect this much from you.

Thank you, I know I don't deserve this, and Lili, you're truely special, and I'm sorry for posting this late also :-/

Dear Friends

On July 5th I will leave China and head to Boston for a new job. I'm due to start on July 15th, so I am sorry that I couldn't have time to hang out with all of you and bit a proper farewell. During the 3 and half years here, I have met many amazing people and traveled to many places, Beijing has certainly made its mark in my heart and my feeling towards it is very special. I've got many people to thank and smile towards, and you don't have to worry, I remember all of you guys. Something tells me that this won't be the last time for me to live and work here. I will elaborate more on my move as time progresses but for now, I must get back to packing.

Stay excited. Stay patient. Stay curious. Stay fit. Don't surrender your self for money, Cars and flats aren't as important as you think they are. Travel the world, meet strangers, and find your TRUE love. Because, You Only Live Once!

On June 9th, my best friend Miki Nozawa gave birth to a healthy adorable little girl. Congratulations Miyu Nakamura, you're certainly one lucky girl being born into such a nice family, I will visit you soon.

Been getting distracted by other things... But they will be up shortly.

Happy Birthday to an individual once very significant in my life. Hope all the best to you.

2007 is been a year of change for me, hopefully there will be happier times ahead...

Jessica is finally getting married, big thanks to Du Yi, who is too nice to run away from her, hehehe. Ok, Jessica is one of the cutest accounts when I worked in Ogilvy, she has the kind of personality and character I love. She's patient, tolerant, intelligent, and simple. Same with her husband. I love them so much that I offered to be their best man in their Xin Jiang wedding in two month, it'll be ... interesting.

So besides this shot, they also opted for a "Pirates of the Caribean" theme. Which Du Yi turned out to be halariously "Xin Jiang Ku Er Ban Uncle" , click the link to enjoy.

Back from tibet trip. Moved into Dads new place for now. Will move again in 6months. :-/

I usually love moving days, this time however, it was difficult. It conjured up feelings I had toward certain individual in many ways and forms. A lunch box I totally forgot about in the freezer, a piece of broken jewelry in the bottom drawer, Channel wallet box, A pair of socks that looked like baby's. All in all though, I think I spent so far the best years here, Building 7, room 611, I will miss you.

Dear friends and colleagues

If you haven't heard already, I will be leaving Ogilvy & Mather Beijing soon. It has been an extremely hard decision for me, but ultimately I've decided that its time to say goodbye. During my two and half years here, I've learned so much, and through what I learnt, I gave my best. Also I've made many friends that I now would give up anything for.

Soon I will be joining Saatchi & Saatchi Beijing and take on yet another challenge, so although I'm saying goodbye today, I'll still be in the city and will be able to hang out with you guys anytime.

At this point, I want to thank all my teammates from MOTO team, Wilson, Andrew, Kwaichi for their energetic support for me and my teammates. A special thanks to Nils for deciding to take a chance in me that day in LA and bringing me onboard, and turning this office into the way it is now. I trust that this office will continue to produce great work and prosper from all your brilliant minds!

I've had an spectacular time working with you all!

亲爱的朋友和同事们，

如果你还没有听说的话，我不久将离开奥美北京了。 对我来说这一直是一个非常艰难的选择，但最终我还是决定是说再见的时候了。在这两年半中，我在奥美学到了很多，并付出了自己的最大的努力。同时我也结识了很多可以为他们赴汤蹈火的好朋友。

很快我将加入saatchi & saatchi 北京，开始我的下一个挑战，所以虽然今天我跟你们说再见，我还是会在北京，随时和你们出来玩的。

在这，我要感谢我所在MOTO Team里的所有人， Wilson, Andrew, 和桂枝对我和我的队友们的大力支持，我还要特别感谢Nils在洛杉矶那天决定给我这个机会，把我带到北京。还有他把这个办公室变成现在蒸蒸日上的状态。我相信这个办公室将继续因为你们的创意变的更加繁荣。
